What You’ll Do:

• 🔧 Configure and program advanced video management systems (Milestone XProtect, Axis Camera Station, etc.)
• 🧠 Troubleshoot software issues—connectivity, firmware, licensing, and performance.
• 🌐 Integrate IP cameras and third-party devices into complex networks.
• 🛠️ Provide remote diagnostics and support to field teams and end users.
• 📚 Document configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
• 🤝 Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless system performance.

Who You Are:

• ✅ You’ve got solid experience with CCTV camera systems and software troubleshooting.
