Job Title: Industrial Facilities Maintenance Tech III
Job Description

Maintain, install, and repair facility and automation equipment within the Dream Fulfillment Center. Oversee complex work assignments and provide guidance to junior technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on powered industrial equipment and conveyor systems, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment such as air compressors, HVAC systems, and plumbing/electrical systems.
  • Inspect maintenance team tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness, reprioritizing and redirecting efforts as necessary.
  • Communicate regularly with Facilities Manager and Operations team regarding repair work status and operational impacts.
  • Ensure clear shift handoffs and facilitate smooth transitions for work to be completed by the next shift.
  • Lead and perform project work to support daily warehouse operations, potentially coordinating the work of others.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with third-party vendors.
  • Train maintenance team members as required.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting, and facilities maintenance.
  • Experience with HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with building maintenance and repair, including boilers, chillers, and conveyor systems.
  • Ability to perform mechanical and service tasks with automation and electrical troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with facility and industrial maintenance.
  • Experience with EPA standards and forklift operation.
  • Familiarity with Siemens systems, CMM, and carpentry.
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate maintenance work.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled environment with a schedule from 1 pm to 11 pm, Wednesday to Saturday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
