  • Proven experience in systems engineering for industrial engineering applications, complex hardware and software applications including requirement definition, system design, and validation.
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of automation projects, from concept through commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience with automation platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider Electric), control systems, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Experience in developing and deploying industrial automation systems in manufacturing or process industries.
  • Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., IEC, ISO) and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with system testing and debugging in lab or production environments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical resources.
  • Experience with digital twin, simulation, or model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills for internal and customer-facing deliverables.

Work Environment

The role requires working in a dynamic industrial and manufacturing environment, where you will engage with various technologies and equipment. You will be expected to manage tasks across different shifts and may need to wear appropriate industrial attire as per the facility's conditions.
