💼 Position Overview:

We’re seeking experienced and motivated Call Center Representatives to support families as their primary point of contact. This fully remote role is part of the Customer Engagement & Retention Department, reporting to the Supervisor of Student Services. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, academic placement, and ongoing support for students across Eastern and Central time zones.


🕒 Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • Must be available to work any shift between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Schedule includes Monday–Friday + one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Pay: $17/hour

✅ Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with FERPA and privacy regulations is a plus

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to assist families with questions and account updates
  • Guide students through the enrollment process and advocate for their success
  • Review student accounts, resolve outstanding tasks, and recommend next steps
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in online systems
  • Conduct outbound calls for onboarding and retention efforts
  • Manage time effectively while prioritizing student satisfaction and retention
  • Uphold student privacy in compliance with FERPA guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
