Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join a high-performing team supporting a major data center client. This is a permanent placement opportunity focused on reducing a significant backlog of service tickets in Jira Service Management through PowerShell-based automation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scripting automation tasks specifically for Jira Service Management using PowerShell. This is a non-negotiable requirement—candidates without this experience will not be considered.

In addition to automation work, the candidate may occasionally assist with systems administration tasks in Windows, VMware, and Linux environments.

Non-Negotiable Qualification Requirement:

• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting, specifically for Jira Service Management automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate workflows and integrations within Jira Service Management.
• Provide occasional support for system administration tasks, particularly during high-priority incidents or outages.
• Document automation processes and contribute to knowledge base articles.
