We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Generalist to join our team, supporting our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding the recruiting lifecycle within a large organization and executing tasks swiftly without compromising on quality. Your efforts will help us achieve our business hiring objectives across various teams within the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines using your understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles.
• Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines.
• Adhere to proper protocol and procedures in candidate communication and engagement.
• Adapt to process changes efficiently.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively.
• Communicate proficiently between multiple parties, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related industry role, or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
• Experience with tracking systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication skills.
