Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Engineer, where you will tackle wire harness issues and take charge of designing and assembling wire harnesses. You will play a pivotal role in process improvement, focusing on tooling, process, and engineering enhancements. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a start-up environment with room for advancement, particularly in the stable defense industry.

• Address and resolve wire harness issues.
• Design and assemble wire harnesses.
• Implement process improvements related to tooling, processes, and engineering.
• Collaborate with technicians, leadership, and design engineers to ensure seamless operations.

• A minimum of 1 year in electrical engineering or manufacturing experience with a bachelor's in engineering, OR 3+ years working as an engineering technician with leadership experience, OR 1+ year of wire harness experience.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliability and adherence to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.

• Experience with SolidWorks, Creo, and NX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes.
