Shipping Clerk

Join our dynamic team as a Shipping Associate, where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe loading and unloading of trucks, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare outgoing orders by boxing, sealing, labeling, and verifying product accuracy.
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory, pick orders, and update stock levels.
• Stock shelves and maintain an organized warehouse area.
• Operate pallet jacks and receive training/certification on sit-down forklift.
• Transport finished products from the production area to the shipping department.
• Utilize ShipStation software to process and prepare shipments.

• Experience with inventory, forklift operation, and shipping and receiving.
• Proficient in packing, packaging, and picking.
• Skilled in material handling, RF scanner use, loading, and unloading.
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and inventory control.

• Previous warehouse experience is required.

Work Environment

This position requires signing an NDA for the recipe of supplements and is not suitable for individuals with dairy or shellfish allergies. The facility is non-smoking and requires PPE, including hair nets, coats, gloves, and booties. All rooms are climate and moisture controlled, and we welcome bilingual or Spanish-only speakers. Available shifts include first shift from 7am to 3pm and second shift from 11am to 7pm, with training on the first shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
