Job Title: Mixer Production Operator

Job Description

The Production Associate will be responsible for pouring bags of produce into compounding machines. This role requires the ability to weigh and document materials accurately, as well as the capacity to lift up to 70 lbs. Adherence to safety policies is mandatory, and knowledge of hand tools is essential. Experience with PH probes is advantageous, and candidates should be prepared for standing throughout the day. The role also involves batch recording and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Pour bags of produce into compounding machines.
• Weigh and document materials accurately.
• Lift up to 70 lbs.
• Adhere to safety policies at all times.
• Utilize hand tools effectively.
• Perform batch recording.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Essential Skills

• Mixing and batching skills.
• Document processing abilities.
• 3-5 years of production experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Compounding experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PH probe experience is a plus.
• Degree preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a standard schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work. Every two weeks, there may be extended hours until 6 PM or 7 PM. The dress code includes hair nets, beard nets, hard hats, safety glasses, production coats, and steel-toed shoe

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
