Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for building PODs that hold inventory on the robotics floor. This position requires heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team to complete a specific number of PODs within a given timeframe. Additionally, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units.
• Lift, pull, push, and use hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks.
• Ensure timely completion of PODs as part of a team.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor, carpentry, construction, or production.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in commercial construction and assembly.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Experience in working in a team-oriented environment.
• Punctuality and reliability.

Work Environment

The position operates in a climate-controlled warehouse setting, characterized by a loud and occasionally chaotic atmosphere. The work schedule runs from 7am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available on Saturdays.

This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
