90% of the month you will be traveling and working remote 10%.
Description
Shift:
- Monday-Friday (with occasional weekends/overnight at times based on travel)
Training: Will be virtual
- After the training, they will begin traveling to new clients to onboard and train them on the software
Job Description:
- Travel (by plane or car) to new school districts who have signed up to utilize the software and POS systems for the first time
- Conduct training with staff on how to utilize the systems
- Shadow the staff utilizing the systems to assist with real time questions
- On "off days" when not traveling, they will field inbound calls from HQ regarding customer questions about logins that are overflow from the call center (this will be handled remotely)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Training experience
- Experience working with software or POS products
- Can read, write, speak, and translate in Spanish
- Reliable transportation, you will use your person vehicle to travel up to 4 hours
