Night Shift Supervisor
Pay: $28-32 an hour

As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee production functions on the fabrication floor, ensuring the growth and development of team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, engage, and develop department employees through relationship building, coaching, and training.
- Exhibit excellent work ethic and efficiency strategies by working alongside direct reports in the fabrication area.
- Review, monitor, and follow-up on area results while managing department costs to adhere to budget guidelines.
- Maintain customer relations by ensuring product quality specifications are met.
- Optimize processes and ensure compliance and improvement in safety standards.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in fabrication or a similar function
- 2 years of experience in supervision or leadership roles
- Leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Ability to function effectively as part of a motivated management team
- Effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of fabrication blueprints
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Basic mathematical skills

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corsicana, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
