About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and service oriented Bank Tellers to help deliver exceptional banking experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide members with a full range of financial products and services, including checking, savings, IRAs, and loan applications
• Perform moderately complex banking functions under supervision
• Analyze and resolve account and loan discrepancies
• Assist members with consumer, mortgage, equity loan, and credit card applications
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and increase member engagement
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments accurately and securely
• Support and train lower-level team members
• Comply with federal regulations and internal policies
• May assist with vault operations and serve as ATM custodian

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Strong knowledge of savings/checking products and services
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Experience in cash handling is a bonus!

Schedule:

Mondays to Fridays - 8:30AM + Saturdays 8AM
