Urgently Hiring 10 Member Service Reps with a Health Plan! MUST BE Bilingual in a language
Must have:
- Bilingual in a language
- at least 1 year of call center
- at least 1 year of healthcare experience
- healthplan exp preferred
REMOTE, equipment provided
Pay: $21/HR
M-F with rotating weekend shifts (Shift ranges 6am-8pm- 8hrs in between)
Description
Serves members by being an advocate and point of contact for member questions and concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims and any other aspects of plan benefits and services. Ensures member satisfaction by providing superior customer service and willingness to help at all times while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Call Center - 2+ years
Bilingual in a MUST
Health plan experience preferred
