Description
-Enterprise support for Windows/Microsoft environment, including direct interaction with end users -Performs first and second level support for the computing environment, including desktop, peripherals, network, wireless, networked devices, and IP telephones -Provisions physical access for employees and designated contractors -Analyzes, troubleshoots, and maintains computer systems and related hardware -Makes recommendations for improving our desktop and audio-visual environments -Performs first and second level support for our audio-visual environment, ensuring that rooms and equipment are maintained and functioning properly -Excellent communication skills -Maintain high level of customer service through professionalism, timeliness, organizational skills and follow-through -Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds while installing computer equipment -Keep track of hardware inventory/organize asset disposal Qualifications Education and Experience 3+ years recent experience supporting MS Windows in an enterprise environment Detail oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking Four (4) year college degree with information technology concentration preferred
