BIM Coordinator

As a BIM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Wayfinding discipline by assisting in the development of discipline models. You will work under the guidance of a Wayfinding Studio team member to create, manage, and deliver digital outputs accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within the Wayfinding discipline under the supervision of a Wayfinding Studio team member.
• Assist in the development and creation of the discipline model, systems, and digital delivery output.
• Ensure accurate modeling of BIM elements within the specified constraints using the current 3D software.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams of designs using the current 3D software.
• Maintain the discipline model, ensuring accurate project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, and scope boundaries.
• Produce discipline-specific documentation with precise annotations on all modeling outputs.

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM technologies.
• Technical expertise with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational traits.

• Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
• Experience with AutoCAD, architecture, MEP, construction, design, project coordination, and construction documents.
• Qualifications in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Architecture, and Wayfinding.

The position requires working in the office four days a week, with one day working remotely. The work environment is collaborative, utilizing the latest 3D software and tools to facilitate effective project delivery.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Dallas,TX.
