Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Picker Packer, where you will be responsible for picking and packing food products in a cold storage facility. This role demands a keen attention to detail and the use of RF scanners. Be prepared to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift and perform heavy lifting as required. Will work in cold room environments.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack food products efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize RF scanners to track and manage inventory.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
• Perform heavy lifting as part of the job duties.
• Adapt to the working environment of a cold storage facility.

Essential Skills

• Experience with packaging and picking/packing processes.
• Proficiency in using RF scanner guns.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work in extremely cold conditions.
• Physical stamina to remain on feet throughout the shift.

Work Environment

Work in a cold storage facility with temperatures suited for food preservation. The position requires working the first shift, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. Expect longer working hours on Mondays and Wednesdays, ranging from 10 to 12 hours, and a standard 8-hour shift on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denton, TX.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
