Description
As an IT Business Systems Analyst support the Operation Excellence and Product Quality space. Primary responsibilities will include:
• Defines business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues
• Translates business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation
• Codes business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications
• Support UAT activities
Primary Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of defining business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues
• 3+ years of translating business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation
• 3+ years of working in an Agile Methodology
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of business processes and IT systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
**Hybrid position -- will require working onsite 4 days a week**
