Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep


Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep Details:


Hours of operation: Mon-Fri, 8am to 8pm EST - Must be able to work ANY 8 hour shift during this window.

Training: 2 weeks of training from 9:00am - 5:30pm EST

Duration: 3-month contract. Some top performers will be converted to permanent positions!

Location: Remote from anywhere in the US.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Start Date: November 25th


Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep Job Description:

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
  • A majority of the calls are to/from members that are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans.

Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be Bilingual in both English and Spanish (read, write, speak)
  • Call center experience preferred!
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience
  • PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office
  • Ability to empathize and understand the needs of the customer
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
