Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in people’s lives? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and be the voice that supports employees in understanding and navigating their benefits and insurance programs.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Handle 30–40 inbound calls daily in a queue-based environment.
- Assess and synthesize data to provide accurate information on benefits and group insurance programs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in program design and administrative processes.
- Record and manage employee benefit enrollments.
- Explain complex aspects of insurance programs to employees and their dependents with clarity and empathy.
- Apply specialized knowledge in benefits administration, going beyond basic clerk duties.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (in-person or call center).
- Strong patience and compassion—you’ll be guiding people through important life decisions.
- Basic computer proficiency: navigating Microsoft Office, managing multiple browser tabs, and using tools like Webex.
- Stable job history—we value commitment and reliability.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
- Familiarity with benefits or insurance programs is a bonus.
