Clinical Pharmacist – Fort Worth, TX (Closed Door Facility)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM
Join our Fort Worth team and help deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, compliance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical pharmacotherapy reviews and document findings
- Counsel patients on new therapies and support treatment adherence
- Coordinate care with clinicians and support services
- Process and verify prescriptions accurately
- Provide subcutaneous teaching and REMS program support
- Act as intake lead for new referrals and maintain patient records
Requirements:
- Active TX Pharmacist license in good standing
- 2+ years of experience counseling patients and verifying prescriptions
- Previous experience in Medication Therapy Management
Compensation:$60
