Key Responsibilities:

• Contact business clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client communications in the system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing and payments.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Accounting) to resolve client issues that may delay payment.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and exposure.
• Recommend accounts for escalation or further action when necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B collections required ($1M portfolio or higher).
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of business accounts and reduce delinquency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
