• Apply payments that have been collected.
• Validate credit requests.

• Proficiency in accounts receivable processes.
• Experience in collections and accounting.
• Strong skills in invoicing, reconciliation, and cash application.
• Ability to handle deductions and refunds.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Expertise in managing aging reports.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in email communication.
• Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with processing refunds.

The team comprises approximately nine members, including three contractors.
