Job Description: Data Entry Specialist – Craftable Rollout Project

We are seeking highly accurate and detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialists to support a rapid, enterprise‑wide implementation of the Craftable inventory management platform. In this role, you will enter large volumes of food, beverage, and alcohol product data into Craftable and maintain tracking sheets using Excel and Smartsheet.

This project operates on aggressive timelines, and consistent speed, accuracy, and familiarity with food & beverage terminology are essential. All positions are fully remote and will collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter high‑volume ingredient, food, beverage, and alcohol data into the Craftable platform.
• Maintain accurate tracking sheets using Excel and Smartsheet.
• Support both QSR (centralized) and FSR (non‑centralized) phases of the rollout.
• Ensure all data is entered with precision to avoid misclassification or errors.
• Maintain a consistent delivery cadence in a sprint‑based environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate discrepancies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Excel and Smartsheet.
• Exceptional accuracy and data entry speed, especially under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of ingredient names, menu items, and common restaurant terminology.
• Ability to remain focused and committed—this role requires undivided attention and high accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous experience supporting QSR and/or FSR food & beverage environments.
• Experience in large‑scale system rollouts or sprint‑structured projects.

This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
