As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact and the voice of the Client, transforming moments of concern into moments of reassurance. Your empathy, efficiency, and problem-solving skills will help build trust and deliver on our promise to improve every life.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members with warmth, accuracy, and urgency.
- Navigate complex issues related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services—advocating for members and collaborating across teams.
- Deliver compassionate support by actively listening, de-escalating concerns, and personalizing each interaction.
- Use internal systems confidently to access member information while maintaining a human-first approach.
- Document interactions and share feedback trends to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements to protect member data.
What You Bring
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish – essential for serving our diverse member base.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence – you understand the importance of every interaction.
- Customer service experience – ideally in call center, help desk, or healthcare support environments.
- Technical proficiency – comfortable navigating support tools and systems.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree – especially if earned while working part-time or completing internships.
- Experience supporting members in memory care, hospice, or oncology settings.
