Job Description
As a Securities Admin Services Analyst II, you will be responsible for processing and transmitting money movements associated with loan fundings or security payments. You will ensure all transaction activities adhere to established controls and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily cash movements to system or bank activity.
- Provide remittance and correction information to servicers.
- Research and interpret controlling legal documents as issues arise with collateral or bond payments.
- Evaluate servicer performance to ensure compliance with stated agreements.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, accounting, or analysis or a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to analyze information and make independent decisions.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, sort, formulas, functions).
- Experience in an analytical role or at a bank is a bonus.
- BA or BS in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Statistics.
Candidates will train in the office and subsequently follow a hybrid work schedule, splitting time between office and home. The department comprises roughly 40 individuals, where you will collaborate with Senior Analysts and Account Managers for support. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77007.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
