Description
Lead a team of 17 (QA / QC / Lab) Create new processes for both Quality Assurace and Quality Control (will be on the shop floor 40% of the time) Create and build upon company SOP to comply with industry standards and customer expectations Track and monitor KPIs to evaluate the QA/QC team performance Foster leadership, managment, and development of their direct reports Vet supplier questionaires for requests and risk mitigation Monitor and document non-comformance issues and conduct root cause analysis Visual inspection of all product before shipping out to the client to ensure quality and customer specs are met Conduct and prepare for internal audits Maintain and support shop to be ISO 9001 Certified Work within LIMS / ERP systems for documentation Create, prepare, and present on behalf of the quality team to executive leadership

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $67.00/hr.
