Hybrid- Houston, TX
On-going Contract Position
Do you think you can help us make buying complicated products surprisingly easy and exciting? This role will play an integral role in continuing to make this a reality at our Ecommerce Retail client. The product marketer will be charged with launching highly complex but easy to purchase products – that appeal as well as deliver on all promises made. This person will partner with other members of the merchandising department to execute strategic objectives related to assortment strategy and expansion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gather, Interpret, and use complex data to build and configure products in-store and online.
• Perform routine product configuration updates with highly sensitive time constraints.
• Provide ongoing technical product support for cross-functional teams.
• Execute product update and QA initiatives with impeccable attention to detail, adhering to strict QA standards.
• Be an active and vocal participant in undertaking technical and UX related product initiatives.
• Manage/own product builds including updates, troubleshooting, and communication between cross-functional teams.
• Enhance site experience by improving product setup and processes
• Use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results.
• Act as product and configuration thought leader to support advancement initiatives.
• Building relationships with stakeholders
• Prepare product presentations
Requirements and Skills:
• Self-starter, highly motivated to excel under minimal supervision

• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to identify and address product performance issues and improve user experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in content management systems a plus.
• Flexibility to navigate in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, adjusting priorities as needed
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications and/or related fields preferred
