🚀 Outside Sales Representative – Logistics & Packaging Solutions

Location: Houston, (Travel Required)

Travel: Up to 15% | Potential for Relocation

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for logistics, packaging, and customer success? Join a dynamic team where your expertise in outside sales and industry knowledge will fuel growth and innovation across key markets.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new opportunities in packaging, freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships through exceptional service and strategic engagement.
  • Deliver Impact: Present compelling proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our services and expand market presence.

💼 What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in outside sales—preferably in logistics or related industries.
  • Sales Excellence: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and proposal tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hazardous materials/dangerous goods regulations is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally and regionally (Houston, Dallas, Atlanta).

🌟 Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in packaging, transportation, or supply chain logistics.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and shipping standards.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
