Job Description: Two positions with an auto finance company starting in April and May. You will be interviewing for both roles, and it's important to be open to either opportunity, as the hiring manager will decide which position to offer.

Completed 4 year Bachelor’s Degree Required

Customer Care Representative 

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with one late night a week 9 AM - 6PM. Will also include one late Friday rotating every four weeks which also includes 1-2 Saturdays a month 8 AM -12 PM.

Answering incoming calls throughout the day from customers who need assistance with their account, payment information, title request, and payment options.

Customer Accounts Representative

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with two late nights a week 11 AM - 8 PM (late nights are never on Friday) with 1-2 Saturdays a month 8 AM – 12 PM.

This position is a light collections positions, meaning you’re calling customers who have only missed one payment (between 1 and 29 days past due).

Compensation: Bachelor’s Degree Required: + $.50 raise for Spanish speakers

• $21.50/hr. - for candidates with less than 3 y ears of professional experience
• $23.00/hr. - for candidates with more than 3 years of professional experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX 75063.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
