Two positions available with an auto finance company, and you will be interviewing for both roles. You need to be open to both opportunities, as manager will decide which role they would like to offer.
Job Description:
Completed 4 year Bachelor’s Degree
Customer Care Representative
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM with two Saturdays a month (8 AM– 12 PM)
Answering incoming calls throughout the day from customers who need assistance with their account, payment information, title request, payment options, logging into website etc.
Customer Accounts Representative
Completed 4 year Bachelor’s Degree
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM with two late nights a week 11AM – 8 PM (late nights are never on Friday) with 2 Saturdays a month (8 AM – 12 PM)
This position is a light collections positions, meaning you’re calling customers who have only missed one payment (between 1 and 29 days past due).
Compensation:
Bachelor’s degree holders: + $.50 raise for Spanish speakers
- $21.50/hr. less than three years of professional experience
- $23.00/hr. more than three years of professional experience
