Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: Up to $22+/hr (Based on Experience)

Actalent Healthcare is partnering with a leading specialty clinic in Irving, TX to find a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Back-Office Medical Assistant.

Job Description:

• Welcome and room patients with professionalism and care
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Assist physicians during in-office procedures
• Sterilize equipment
• Manage patient records and documentation using EMR systems
• Handle patient phone calls and follow-ups
• Collaborate with front office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• CPR/BLS certification
• Medical Assistant Certification
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A team player with a passion for patient-centered care
