Job Description

We are seeking a talented Process Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and a keen understanding of ISO 9001 standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and skilled in implementing LEAN methodologies to optimize production processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procedures for pulling and labeling materials.
• Oversee the unit building process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Enhance the process of working with components to streamline production.
• Establish packaging standards and labeling protocols for compliance with industry regulations.

Essential Skills

• Experience with ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient in LEAN methodologies including 8D problem-solving, 8 wastes, time studies, 5S, one-piece flow, and Kaizen.
• Ability to create and interpret process flow diagrams and standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of fabrication processes including cables and wiring.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in process improvement and manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to write comprehensive work instructions and documentation.

Work Environment

The role is based in an assembly manufacturing environment, requiring travel up to a maximum of 20%. The position involves working with various components and equipment to ensure the highest standards of manufacturing efficiency and quality.
