Actalent is hiring for a Pharmacist in North Fort Worth!

Step into a role where your voice empowers patients and your expertise ensures safety. We're seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for an onsite position with a passion for counseling and precision in prescription verification.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 10 AM – 7 PM CST

What You’ll Do:

• Spend 6–8 hours daily providing medication counseling over the phone in a closed-door pharmacy setting
• Dedicate 2 hours/day verifying prescriptions with accuracy
• Assist with overseeing pharmacy technicians
• Conducts a comprehensive clinical review of pharmacotherapy for each patient including drug utilization, counseling, compliance, drug interaction screening, side effect profiling and drug administration support to ensure the patient’s treatment plan is in line with evidence-based recommendations

Pay/Benefits:

What We Need From You:

• 2+ years of experience counseling and verifying prescriptions
• Stellar communication skills & a heart for patient care
• Available to start before month’s end
• Active TSBP Pharmacist license
• Prior experience working in a retail or independent pharmacy is ideal
