Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a picker/packer on day shift, where you will be responsible for pulling inventory, packaging, and preparing items for shipment according to pick tickets. You will also support our e-commerce shipments and engage with customers over the phone to resolve any errors with their orders.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory and package items according to pick tickets.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Support e-commerce shipments.
• Communicate with customers over the phone to resolve order errors.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year picking/packing experience
• Warehouse experience
• Customer service oriented

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift or pallet jack experience

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse. We will be relocating to a new facility in Katy next year, which will be just 10 minutes from the current site. The current team consists of fewer than 10 warehouse workers, and we anticipate doubling in size. The role operates Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm, with flexibility required for an earlier start time of 7am during busy periods.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Katy, TX.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
