Clinical Pharmacist – Closed Door Facility Specialty | North Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends!
Pay: $60hr (opportunities for overtime pay available**)
We’re hiring a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Fort Worth team in a closed-door pharmacy setting! This is a great opportunity for pharmacists who want to focus on patient care, clinical accuracy, and care coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical pharmacotherapy reviews and document findings.
- Counsel patients on new therapies and support adherence.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
- Accurately process and verify prescriptions.
- Provide subcutaneous injection training and REMS program support.
- Serve as intake lead for new referrals and maintain patient records.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Texas Pharmacist license in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience counseling patients and verifying prescriptions.
- Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Keller, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
