About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable Industrial Mixer/Batcher to join our production team. This position plays a key role in preparing, mixing, and batching materials according to precise specifications to ensure consistent, high‑quality output. Key Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and batch raw materials according to production formulas
• Operate industrial mixers, blenders, and related equipment
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency and quality
• Record batch data, material usage, and production notes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and report any equipment issues
• Assist with inventory management and material handling
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing, batching, mixing, or a similar industrial role
• Ability to read and follow formulas, instructions, and production sheets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working on your feet
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated batching systems
• Forklift certification or material‑handling experience
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or other industry standards (if applicable)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
