About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll take the reins on exciting

construction projects—leading everything from preconstruction planning to final

close-out. You’ll be the driving force behind project success, ensuring

financial performance, client satisfaction, and team development. Whether

managing a major portion of a large-scale build or overseeing an entire smaller

project, your leadership will shape the future of the built environment in West

Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage project financials, cost control, and billing
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and contract execution
• Drive quality assurance, safety, and sustainability initiatives
• Mentor and coach project engineers and assistant project managers
• Participate in business development and client engagement activities

🎯

What You Bring

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Strong background in estimating, scheduling, and self-perform work
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

Preferred:

• Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and sustainability documentation
