Shifts & Pay:

• Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $24/hour
• Monday–Thursday | 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM — $22/hour
• Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM — $20/hour

We are hiring Assemblers to support our production team with hands‑on assembly work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble small parts and sub‑assemblies
• Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
• Inspect and clean assembled parts
• Package finished components for shipment
• Follow work instructions and quality standards

Requirements:

• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable working with small parts and detailed work
• Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
