Job Title: Production Control Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Production Control Coordinator, you will assist and coordinate all activities involved in manufacturing goods within a production environment. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently, with products made on time. You will work closely with the management team to ensure work orders, parts, and materials are ready to meet production schedules. This includes producing work orders, delivering equipment to the necessary department, and entering data into the system for supervisor access.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure timely production.
• Produce and manage work orders, ensuring they meet production schedules.
• Deliver necessary equipment to the required departments.
• Enter learned data into the system for supervisor access.
• Ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in inventory management.
• Ability to expedite materials efficiently.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and order entry.
• Experience with work orders and supply chain processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NS, QAD, or JDE is preferred.
• Completion of an Excel test.
• High school diploma or GED.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.40/hr.
