Material Handler - Packer

Join our team as a Material Handler - Packer, where you will be responsible for packing, auditing, picking, and moving items across the dock and loading them efficiently. This role requires experience with a sit-down forklift, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in standup, reach, and cherry picker forklifts. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable around equipment and eager to learn, as training will be provided for those willing to expand their skills. The role involves manual tasks like packing and auditing, but operating equipment is a priority. Comfort with heights is necessary, as the cherry picker can reach up to 28 feet.

• Pack, audit, and pick items for distribution.
• Move items across the dock and load them efficiently.
• Operate sit-down, standup, reach, and cherry picker forklifts.
• Ensure comfort with heights and safety while operating equipment.
• Participate in training to learn additional equipment operation skills.

• Experience with sit-down forklifts.
• Comfortable operating standup, reach, and cherry picker forklifts.
• Ability to work at heights up to 28 feet.
• 6 months to 12 months of experience in material handling.

• Experience with reach trucks and wire guided forklifts.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northlake, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
