NIGHT SHIFT MACHINE OPERATOR

Join a dynamic team in a reputable manufacturing environment dedicated to producing small metal parts for vehicles. As a Machine Operator, you will engage in a simple, repetitive process working alongside machines, ensuring precision and safety in every step.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping and welding machines to perform a 1 to 2 step process.
• Place and align small parts accurately, then initiate the machine process.
• Follow diagrams to execute tasks with attention to detail.
• Maintain high attention to safety and adhere to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a 'no job is too small' mentality.
• Stand for extended periods, 10+ hours, and maintain high attendance.

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production settings.
• Proficiency in machine operation and assembly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift over head repeatedly.
• Experience in order selecting, inventory management, material handling, picking, packing, and general labor.
• Experience in a production facility or warehouse environment.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.28/hr.
