Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to support a work project for the US Embassy in Burkina Faso. The role involves general remodeling work, requiring expertise in carpentry, mechanical, and electrical support. A top secret clearance is required for this position.

This project will be 2 months, with a chance to support additional projects afterwards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction activities for the US Embassy remodeling project.
• Ensure all construction work complies with federal construction standards.
• Coordinate carpentry, mechanical, and electrical support for the project.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance throughout the project.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Top secret security clearance.
• Expertise in federal construction projects, particularly in remodel/tenant improvement projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA certification.

Work Environment
