Description
We’re hiring Mechanical Installers/General Laborers to support a large-scale solar project in San Antonio, TX. Installers will work hands-on in the field to meet daily production goals. This role is ideal for candidates who are safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment
Job Responsiblities:
- Assist with unloading trucks and moving materials (piles, racking, modules) from the laydown yard to work areas
- Support layout and installation activities, working closely with equipment operators and foremen
- Carry and lift materials weighing 25–30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Use hand tools and power tools to install piles, racking systems, and solar modules
- Read measurements and layouts to ensure proper spacing, alignment, and installation heights
- Secure components using bolts, screws, nuts, and hardware while performing basic QC checks
- Walk large-scale solar jobsites and maintain a steady pace to meet daily production goals

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
