About the Opportunity

TEKsystems is actively seeking a Licensed Sales Representative to join a rapidly growing, innovative insurance provider (client name redacted) that is transforming the way small businesses access commercial insurance. As a Licensed Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in helping small business owners find the right insurance solutions to protect their livelihoods. You’ll be joining a dynamic, tech-forward environment where your sales acumen and customer-first mindset will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads and prospective customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their insurance needs.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Provide quotes, explain policy details, and close sales in a consultative manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
