Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and prospective customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their insurance needs.
- Educate clients on available insurance products and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Provide quotes, explain policy details, and close sales in a consultative manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
