We’re looking for a Viewer Experience Advocate to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for viewers, helping them navigate account issues, billing questions, and streaming support—via phone or chat.
You’ll also recommend products, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist viewers with account management, billing, and content questions
- Provide basic technical support for streaming devices and platforms
- Recommend streaming products and services
- Work across multiple systems and support regions globally
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication, typing, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with streaming services and devices
- A positive, adaptable attitude and a passion for helping others
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
- Willingness to work holidays and flexible hours
- Dependable transportation
