TEKsystems is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a Client Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that clients have a positive experience with our client's insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about our client's insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and billing questions.
- Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our client's product offerings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
