Card Processor

Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable contractors to join our order fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing paper-based orders by retrieving necessary materials (e.g., paper, envelopes, credit cards) and handing them off to machine operators for completion.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and looking for long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve and organize materials required for each order
• Deliver collected items to machine operators for processing
• Operate various equipment including inserters, printers, bursters, metering machines, and general office tools
• Perform high-volume tasks such as printing, inserting, and sorting card materials
• Set up equipment, load materials, and resolve minor machine issues (e.g., jams)
• Unload finished products and maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain accurate logs and reports
• Reconcile incoming and completed work
• Ensure quality control and meet production deadlines

Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level; no prior experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced environments
• Experience in data entry, mailroom operations, inventory, sorting, or printing is a plus
• Customer service orientation and teamwork mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.92 - $18.92/hr.
