Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM CST (Training: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST)

About the Role

A leading financial services company is expanding its sales goals, resulting in a surge of new business in Q4. We're hiring Annuity Processors to support this growth on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role ideal for professionals with strong processing experience and a background in annuities. Top performers will have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process retirement annuity applications with precision and speed
• Maintain 90%+ quality while managing 18–22 cases per day
• Manually input data across multiple systems including ADWD, MainFrame, and KB
• Identify missing documentation and ensure application accuracy
• Communicate professionally with sales teams and agents via email and phone (minimal phone work)
• Attend virtual meetings with camera on and remain accessible during work hours

Top Skills & Qualifications

• Required:
  • 2+ years in each previous role (demonstrated longevity)
  • 1+ years of annuity processing or high-volume data processing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
  • Availability for full training schedule (no time off during first 8 weeks)
• Preferred:
  • Experience with QA-reviewed work
  • Background in annuity operations or retirement services
