Job Title: Dimensional Auditor
Job Description
Join our team as a Dimensional Auditor, where you will play a crucial role in inspecting, measuring, and auditing the dimensions of various parts to ensure compliance. This role requires training on the day shift for 1-2 weeks before transitioning to the night shift. This shift is from 6:30PM-3:15AM after successful completion of training.
Responsibilities
- Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct QA inspection processes and follow inspection standards.
- Initiate non-conformance reports and document inspection findings.
- Perform visual inspections of raw materials and components.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
- Conduct coil inspections.
Essential Skills
- Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools such as pin gauges, ball gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
- Experience with torque wrenches and QA inspection processes.
- Knowledge of gauge calibration, height gauge measurements, and radius measurements.
- Understanding of unilateral and bilateral tolerance, slot measurement, and various trial types.
- Ability to record data on sample data sheets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of recent experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Experience with basic math (addition, subtraction, etc.).
- At least 1-2 years of recent quality inspection experience, both visual and dimensional measuring.
- Valid driver's license or alternative arrangements for campus access.
- Ability to stand for 10+ hours a day and lift 30+ lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in a fast-paced production facility or warehouse.
- Capability to lift items over the head repeatedly and read blueprints.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment, standing for 8-10 hour shifts. Collaborate with a team while also working independently at your own station. Maintain professionalism while working in the management manufacturing office.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.80/hr.
